Curved Flashing

Curved steel flashings are required where you have a structure that needs to be made watertight and a straight folded flashing will not suffice. Among other uses, these can be manufactured to suit barges, aprons, parapets and box gutters.

They are manufactured by joining two or more pieces of material together by way of a Pittsburgh seam joint. It is important to get the shape correct as there is very little movement in the curved flashings once they are put together. This is where Corry Curving excels. Corry Curving manufactures our own curved metal flashings on our premises. As we curve our own sheets, we are able to accurately match the cappings to fit the curves. We also have the capability of including turn ins/outs and feathers to enhance or copy flashings, where the matching of existing cappings are required.

These can be manufactured in a variety of materials including Colorbond, copper, aluminium or stainless steel from our 0.60 and 0.70 range.

If you require any further information on curved flashings, or where other uses like parapets, box gutters or template manufacturing is required, please don’t hesitate to contact our trained staff so that we can discus what you require.
